Product Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days from the order date. Minor measurement adjustments for product rectification are accepted, subject to basic service charge fees. In cases where product rectification is not feasible, or incorrect measurement details were provided, Kosaa will offer a 30% discount for reordering.
Warranty Coverage: Our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for the warranty period of the product. We can repair or replace defective products for the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover defects due to misuse, accidents, natural phenomena (e.g., rain), wear and tear like loss of color due to sunlight exposure, smoke, pets or other animals. Damage from product removal or reinstallation in the same or different window or application is also not covered.
Servicing: For warranty service, contact Customer Service or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for warranty repair or replacement as quickly as possible. When shipping the product back, include a copy of the order receipt to verify the original date of purchase. Please note that shipping charges for servicing are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of order receipt are accepted. Custom order items are non-refundable, as production starts immediately after the order is placed. For non-custom orders, a full refund minus a 5% bank and administrative charge will be provided upon cancellation.
